Working Smarter and not Harder
I have now been using Trello since 2014. I generally open my Trello Account first thing every morning.
If you like to keep things in order and are sick of looking everywhere for certain information on your computer – then Trello will be absolutely beneficial in increasing your daily productivity.
I use Trello for Business and Personal – examples
My Business Trello Boards:
I have a Trello Board for every Client and I keep details, such as: Things to be done, Ideas, Website Login Details, Resources etc and can add them when I think of them, either on Desktop or on my Mobile Phone.
I have also shared a Client’s Trello Board with my Client, so that they can add information and also make notes.
I also have boards for Publishing ideas and Collating Information, for Blog Posts, Social Media etc so that it is easy to find when I need it.
My Personal Trello Boards:
My Personal Boards, consist of School Holiday ideas, Recipe links and ideas, Crafts for the grandkids etc.
I also have an Accounts In and Out Board – to keep record of Bills owing and when and also receive reminders and keep track of Accounts that I have to send out.
Also if I find something that I am interested in, while on my Mobile phone, I will then save the link to a Trello card, where I can easily find it again.
